Joined Westmorland Estate Ltd in 2017. Paola is a graduate of Agricola Rio Negro with a diploma in Agricultural and a NZ Diploma in Psychology & Counselling, a Payroll certificate level 4, a Business by the numbers certificate level 5. Her interests are marketing, people, calves  and the enjoyment that dairy farming can provide. She has attended career development courses in AB technician, Agriculture dairy farming NZ, Payroll Administration NZ , First Aid NZ, Business by the numbers NZ, a Diploma in Psychology & Counselling NZ. 

Paola's hobbies are running and snorkeling.
